Cancellation Policy

Because this is a special workshop, all bookings are non refundable and are not subject to rescheduling. We can issue store credit if notified at least 7 days before the date of the class, regardless of the time of booking. For last-minute cancellations, you may send someone else (please notify us with their name and contact info) or 50% booking fees will be credited, whatever work best for you. Please note that we will not be able to alter this policy regardless of the reason for cancellation. The studio is not responsible for your pieces possibly getting damaged or broken before, during, or after the firing process.
